Evolution of a Headshot

Headshots are not just for authors. We’ve all had to sit through a portrait session on school picture day.

Lisa looking over her shoulder in a business suit was my college photo. Then it wasn’t till 2015 when I had pink hair that I needed an author shot. I used that one for years, I really like it. But it was time to get new ones when I had purple hair.

Then last month an opportunity to get headshots came to my front door and I took it. I needed new headshots as I dip my toe into self publishing. One of those Lisas in the green sweater will be on my new book, Quest, One Woman’s Pilgrimage to Be Still & Know. The book will come out fall of 2024, with Christmas giving in mind.
