Perspective

Flying high video     I recently took a trip to Minnesota. I know, Minnesota in the winter, what was I thinking? Well as a knitter I was thinking, Hey I've got enough woolies to keep me warm in any winter weather. teehee. One thing I love is flying over the mountains, especially in the winter when you can see all the peaks covered with snow. They really pop! I am a newbie when it comes to technology but I remembered my iPhone could take videos. So I gave it a try. (Then of course the challenge was to get it on this blog post.) Flying high over the country gives me pause. First of all there is all that travel time. I have lots of time to sit and think and knit. It's a real gift. Secondly I get a change of perspective. Looking down on the world from 30,000 feet things look a little different. Many things are not so urgent. There are no boundaries. It's easier to drift by and take in the big picture. And it's a very big picture from up there. Click the video and you'll see what I mean.
